Just a mini-update as there is plenty of stuff going on behind the scenes Pug-wise but as of yet.....un-shareable!! Anywho my next single from 'Eleven Modern Antiquities' will be 'At the sea c/w On with the show' (The a-side is an Andy co-write and he plays phenomenal guitar, kazoo, swanee whistles and Melotron on it too!!). It will be out mid-July as a download and a physical c.d single. All relevant details will be shared over the coming weeks.
For now though I've put both tracks up on the main MySpace Pug-Page -

The 'Idle Race' cover features Neil Hannon on vocals and is a dream come true for me to have recorded it.....

Here's my new video and the latest website update.
Enjoy!!
T.xx
"The new video for the next single from "Eleven Modern Antiquities" -'At the sea' is now up on "YouTube" for you all to enjoy. The track is one of two on the album that Thomas and 'Andy Partridge' (XTC) composed.
As per usual the phenomenally talented brains behind 'Room4 Productions' 'Mr.Enda O'Looney' is the director and producer and considering he has the lunacy of The Pugs to contend with he always comes up trumps!! Also keep an eye out for '1969 Records' svengali 'Mr.Daragh Bohan' who was joined on the day by the wonderful vaudeville canine duo 'Sid & harvey'.
The lads also had the always great pleasure of 'Mr. Neil 'Bez' Hannon' joining them on the video shoot and he shone alongside the almost oscar winning performances of Thomas , Keith and Johnny!!
All relevant purchasing details for the new 45 will be available very shortly from Only registered users can see links on this forum! Register or Login on forum! | but in the meantime we'd love to hear what you think of the video and you can do that on the website or up on YouTube.

-mk- | Did and did, Mark. I count myself as a Pug-collector now, I wouldn't miss a new issue for quids. I even have friends of friends searching the Dublin record stores for Almanac and Almond Tea as we speak.
