You guys definitely need a break to put a stop to that slide, Had! TB has to catch its breath so we can make the second half of the season interesting. I'm expecting a nail-biting race between the Sox, Rays, and probably the Yankees in the mix as well.

Watching the All-Star game intro....asshole Yankee fans booing all the Sox players. I guess I can't deny we here in Boston would do the same to them! Hah!

Yeah that all sounds pretty good......EXCEPT let's leave the Yankees out of it!!!!!!.........If my Rays stumble and fall I can live with the Redsox winning the division as I've liked them since the mid 70's...........

Dear St. Louis Cardinals,

Please, for the love of god, start winning. Soon.

Thank you.

Dear St. Louis Cardinals,

Please, disregard previous message.

You've won enough.

Thank you.

Dear God,

Who's your favorite baseball team?
And do you play favorites?

Sincerely,

Winningest team in baseball, Padre!

Speaking of which, you'd think god would also be partial to Padres and Cardinals.

And of course, in football, the New Orleans Saints.

I still hate the Twins for 1987!

If simp's theory is to be believed, then I think the history of the Saints franchise proves without a doubt that God does indeed move in mysterious ways.

God's a bandwagon jumper. I saw him wearing a Jets jersey the other day.

Personally, I’m cool with god jumping bandwagons. I mean, it’s only human. Wait.

Anyway, I’m cool with it as long as he doesn’t ever wear a Twins jersey. ‘Cause I’d have to kick some serious god ass if that ever happened.

Well, He certainly has something against the Padres.
