No, it is not coincidence. Everything is proceeding as planned.

I'm very excited to have received an invitation to view cheeks' artwork, as he will be participating in an art show at a downtown Toronto gallery starting Friday.
Cheeks invited me to an art show a few summers ago but I was out of town and couldn't attend.
Who knows, maybe someone will think to bring a camera... _________________ "Bolton fans know nothing about football. If you seek evidence of this fact just look at which team they choose to support!" |

Obviously I don't mean that you should steal the artworks. _________________ Jeezus, you dense Limey |

Coolness, weasie! I wish I lived closer, so I could attend, too!
When will you view Cheeks' showing?
I hope your art show is superlative, Cheeks!!! _________________ "Periwinkle blue." |

Seconded.
Is there any kind of internet link/showing so that we can, at least, get an idea? _________________ Jeezus, you dense Limey |

I've been watching episodes of Granada TV's Brideshead Revisited tonight. It is the finest adaption of a book that I have ever seen. Claire Bloom's performance as Lady Marchmain is stuning/amazing/brilliant/blistering/subtle/nuanced/heart-breaking (all at the same time). _________________ Jeezus, you dense Limey |

I had this dream last night where I was back in my old family house in San Francisco and looking out the front window, I watched a truck crash. It was driving down a flooded street and lost control, sideswiping an apartment building.
I woke up and heard on the news that a truck drove off the Bay Bridge (San Francisco-Oakland) There was water involved in both. In my dream the driver miraculously was unhurt, landing on his feet even as the truck collapsed into debris. The guy in real life wasn't so lucky. _________________ I know what it's like to be Peter Fonda. |

Good news: Hurricane Ida has been downgraded to a tropical storm.
Bad news: It's still heading straight for me and RedBrickDream, looks like it will water longinglook's begonias pretty thoroughly. _________________ A porch is the only real reward you need after a long summer's day. — Shawn Sell |

Yeah, but did you get the day off of work tomorrow? My school was the only one IN THE WHOLE PARISH that remained open today. Fucking Tulane! But that's okay. Nothing flooded, no one was hurt. Life is good.
And I hope you have luck equally as good tomorrow in Mobile. And I hope they give you the day off. Take care! |

I'll work from home. Fucking Tulane!
Oh, that wasn't appropriate.

AnotherSatellite appears clean and dry. He is pretending to work, as usual.
This leaves me free to break out my Holly Hobby colouring books, smoke too much, and plot revenge. This is my favorite rainy-day activity.

I got my regular flu shot a few weeks ago. I would like to get the H1N1 if it ever comes available. Right now they're only offering it to children, which I understand, but I work in a freakin' petri dish.
And my mom keeps sending me all these emails on why you shouldn't get the shot.
I understand all the risks involved. What I don't get is all the conflicting views. Some doctors says it's perfectly safe, while others say it isn't. |
