Welcome to the Forum, Marbles. Thanks for those links. Based on the snippets, I think it's going to be a great album.
Here's a review from the Independent:

I had the very great pleasure of attending tonight's launch at he Oval, thanks to Margaret Freeman, and witnessed a very special gig. Thomas was in fine voice and is every bit as warm and generous in the flesh as you might expect if you've spent any time listening to Pugwash (and if you haven't then do so very very soon). I got a sneak preview of the artwork for his album on Ape- it looks ace.
I'm even going to revisit Divine Comedy as Neil Hanlon is also very talented. Buy the album- it is fab. It matters not a jot whether you like cricket, it drips with warm summer sun and delicious melancholy.
Afterwards is was great to finally meet up with Thomas and share a good chat with old XTC chums. Top night out. |

The snippets sound pretty cool.
One of these days I'd love to shake Thomas' hand and just say a simple thanks for his own music and what he contributes to others' as well. |

The album entered the UK top 40 album chart at no. 40, though top 20 on iTunes. |

It's amazing the things that chart in the UK, but from what I've heard it's a nice album. You could never be successful with an album like that in the US and we're worse off for it! |
