Ignignokt is the leader of the Mooninites.
He is from the moon and, as such, is far superior to anyone you know.
In fact, he would like it to be known that he considers your planet to be his moon.
- Adult Swim, "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" characters
from Wikipedia:
"The Mooninites, Ignignokt and Err, are two-dimensional aliens who resemble blocky, Atari 2600-style pixel graphics. They are both similar in appearance, but Ignignokt is larger and green, while Err is smaller and is light purple. Ignignokt, as the leader of the Mooninites, concocts various plans that never cease to annoy the Aqua Teens and Carl. When these plans don't work and he is endangered, he makes a hasty retreat. He makes reference to rock-and-roll music numerous times. Err is known for his trash talk. He regularly coerces Meatwad into going along with Ignignokt's schemes. He has said that the reason he acts the way he does is because he does not have a father and needs attention. They also both appear to be stoners."
and:
"The Mooninites, Ignignokt (voiced by Dave Willis) and Err (voiced by Matt Maiellaro), are pixelated, two-dimensional inhabitants of the Moon. Ignignokt, the leader, is green and larger than his purple counterpart Err. He speaks with a usually self-important, condescending air. Err is his hyperactive and trash-talking tag-along. Err fits precisely in a notch in Ignignokt's head, joining them together activates their super power; they can fire a large square slow-moving (and easily avoided) video-game "bullet" they call the "Quad Laser". A more powerful version of this attack is known as the "Quad Glacier" which also happens to be much larger and much slower than its counterpart. The Mooninites enjoy boasting that the Moon is superior to Earth in every way, often referring to Earth objects or concepts as "primitive," although they can never prove this superiority when they attempt to do so. The Mooninites often persuade the seemingly impressionable Meatwad into performing acts of vandalism, stealing, and smoking/drinking. Resembling extremely simplistic, blocky low-resolution game sprites, the duo is a send up of the Atari 2600 era of video games. The sound effects that accompany their movements are taken directly from such classic early arcade games as Space Invaders and Asteroids."

Scarab is an operative within the "Kabuki" graphic novel by David Mack. It's a good bunch of books if you can get your hands on them.

Ignignokt was also responsible (with his sidekick, Err)
for a Boston security scare last year,
where flashing promo lights intending to promote the ATHF movie
were mistaken for terrorist bombs.
(WTF?)
They used the very same promo lights in New York,
but nobody panicked.
Let's face it:
they're just more hip in the Big Apple.

From my welcome announcement:
Some of us have asked about balls. (hehe)
No balls here, but you will go forward in the XTC album history as you post more. With any luck, the old forum will return and no one will even make it to Black Sea.
Everybody starts off as Star Park. Right now the highest you can get to is Wasp Star, but this forum would have to be around for a long while.

Aha! I've got my Illustrator-created sextant icon sized down for avatar use. I made it for my slowly-coming-to-fruition Sextant Studio portraiture venture. (And yes, I did adopt my XTC forum moniker as a business name, not the other way around.) |

Avatar selection is vital. It can't be rushed.
Of course, when I choose one, it will appear on this post as well, completely undermining the idea that I waited until I found the near-perfect icon.
